About

Hotel Carlton Munich

Hotel Carlton Munich sits on Fuerstenstrasse, a quiet street a short walk from Odeonsplatz transit station and about 15 minutes on foot from Marienplatz. It's a compact, 3-star property with 24-hour reception, express check-in/out, and a guest-focused feel that comes through in consistent praise for the staff.

Rooms are simple but comfortable – the king suite and superior doubles give more space, and upper-floor queen rooms have been described as brand-new. Worth weighing

4 to weigh
  • Facilities are basic for the price — With a Facilities rating of 7.2 and a value score of 7.5, the hotel keeps things simple – don’t expect a gym or spa.
  • Dining is limited beyond breakfast — The only on-site options are a snack bar and lounge; for full meals you'll head out to nearby restaurants.
  • Parking is nearby, not on-site — Public parking is available close by, but there's no private garage – you may need to circle or pay extra.
  • Check-in window narrow — You can only check in between 15:00 and 23:59, so late arrivals are locked out.
